Barratt Developments has agreed to buy smaller housebuilder Redrow for £2.5 billion in an all-share deal.

The new service will be available as a stand-alone app, and to Max, Hulu and Disney+ subscribers as part of a bundle.

The appointment will be effective at the annual meeting of shareholders on June 11, the company said.

The management change was made to match the company’s plans for the infant and toddler category, a Mattel spokesperson said.
